Community Block Humans are social, but we cannot strive to develop those skills if we have to worry about our most basic needs like food, water, and shelter. At Community Block, we strive to empower people with a place they can call their own. We want people to live with dignity. We provide people with the tools to build a community in the physical and social sense. The Brick At Community Block, we have tackled the problem of housing for low income communities starting from its most fundamental piece, the brick. We have developed a new form of construction that uses recycled plastic materials to create building blocks. Our blocks do not use any binding materials to put together, making them easy to install. To produce them, we use recycled plastic from bottles and press them into a block that works like legos.
